• Standard Shipping (2-5 business days)

• Available throughout Australia

• Tracking provided with all ordersShipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

• Free shipping offers may be available on qualifying orders (check our promotions)

 

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday

• Orders placed before 2 PM AEST will be processed the same business day

• You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

 

RETURNS POLICY:

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Suppliied.

 

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

• Products must be in resalable condition

 

How to Return:

2. Include your order number and reason for return

3. Wait for our confirmation and return shipping instructions

 

Important Notes:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Processing time for refunds is 3-5 business days after we receive the return
